Episode 19: The Sleep Episode
Sleep is an incredibly important part of our lives as human beings. It is very difficult for us to feel good mentally and emotionally if we are not getting good sleep.
In this episode, I share some practical tips around sleep hygiene, but also some broader perspectives around how to deal with feeling worried and wired - two key barriers to getting to and staying asleep.
